Anantara Residences, Dubai – Palm Jumeirah


There are 2 types of products for sale (Hotel Room & Hotel Apartment)

Hotel rooms must go into the hotel pool and will receive the guaranteed returns of 10%. After the 3 year guarantee expires they must then put it straight back into the hotel and receive the returns based on the hotel pool occupancy rates. Prices for these units range from 1,300,000 AED up to 1,795,000 AED.

Our second option which is targeted more at the end user market are the Hotel Apartments which all have the neighborhood view and come fully fitted with kitchens unlike the Hotel rooms which do not. These range between 565 square feet up to 597 square feet and start at 1,350,000 AED up to 1,550,000 AED. These apartments will not be eligible to receive the guaranteed returns of 10%, however, the owners can choose to live in them, rent them out privately or give them to the hotel pool to rent them out without any guaranteed returns. These apartments range from the 3rd floor up to the 7th floor.

The standard 10/90 payment plan applies to this option and purchasers must cede their unit back to the developer to be placed in the Anantara’s Hotel Pool System. The purchaser shall not be entitled to any income or benefits from the rental pool during this 3 year period.
